SCOUTING REPORT:

Stover has good speed, and good hands to use to his advantage to get off the line quickly. He has high aggressiveness and a high motor to win. He plays hard to the whistle, and uses his motor to his advantage on run blocking. He does very well on contested catches, and uses his frame to outmuscle opponents in traffic. His body control and hands make it hard for defenders to disrupt him on catches. He sometimes has problems with drops, and is inconsistent with his timing off the line.
